Updates to my street sweeping app 2008/09/21

It's been a long time coming but I've finally updated Where's my car? to take recent updates over at SF GIS into account.  They've augmented the street sweeping schedule in most places to include something to the effect of "Effective 8/25/2008, 1st & 3rd Tuesday only" which will reduce the "false positive" problem with the site.  Now the site will be very explicit about the date and time you should move your car instead of relying on "Mon 9AM" to get the point across.
